Welcome back to the back row of cinematic shame. Season 3 of The Turkish Diplomats Present Charming Noise invites you to buckle up, roll down your windows (if they still work), and prepare for a single or double—or triple—feature of drive-in delights and disasters. This season, we aimed the spotlight at films that really should have stayed in someone’s glovebox. Forgotten exploitation flicks, mutant animal movies, and boot-stomping southern justice tales all find their place on our makeshift screen, held up by duct tape and irony.
We call this one the Drive-In Movie Season, because these are the kinds of films you’d catch halfway through at 2AM in a gravel parking lot with a warm RC Cola and a busted speaker hanging off your car door. You didn’t come for quality. You came because it was there—and you were curious. Or your date left with her girlfriends because you were too much of a nerd watching the movie and not making out with her. That’s exactly what this season is: a loving tribute to the weird, the wild, and the wildly regrettable.
As always, our mission remains simple:
👉 We watch so you don’t have to… but it would be cool if you did. 👈
Each episode is served up with our usual blend of commentary, behind-the-scenes trivia, sarcasm, and the occasional philosophical breakdown brought on by watching Zaat. Whether it’s biker psychos, killer frogs, or Pam Grier laying down justice in the jungle, we promise at least one “what the hell?” moment per episode.
🎧 Where to Listen
Catch the show wherever you like to get your podcast fix—Spotify, Apple, Google, the ouija board under your cousin’s couch, wherever. And don’t forget to join the absurdity on Facebook, where we trade bad movie memories, post finds for the T.D. Grand Bizarre, and occasionally remember to promote what we just posted.
